- Designing as expertise in Building Architecture, Landscape Architecture and Interior Architecture.
- Involve in Pre-Contract stage while Designing Conceptual Master Plan schemes for any Building complex with an environment, in the preparation of construction details, working drawings, Specifications, Tender Documents and Reports.
- Leading efforts in the Post–Contract stage at site as a Team Leader for streamlining construction work for buildings and external environment works thru proper construction processes and time management methods.
- Ensure Quality control at all times and timely completion of the project at site in an agreed budget.
- Managing Organization and Coordination of Team work.
- Responsible for organizing regular meetings with various consultants and contractors at site and office to ensure proper coordination and better work output without any loss of time.
- Co-ordinate with various staff to control the costs and ensure profitability with a healthy team spirit.
- Managing Client customer Relationships.
- Managing the client customer relationships and the various product manufacturer/supplier relations.
- Ensuring high quality services, resulting in client satisfaction with optimum resource utilization for maximum product quality.
- Ensuring maximum client-customer satisfaction by closely interacting with potential clients & understanding their requirements and customizing the product and services accordingly.
